The newest window , on the front right wall is the Peace Window, presented to the church by Dr. Walter Ellis, the minister from 1987 to 1991.
On the window are these words, “Jesus the Prince of Peace” In the flowing river we see the word “Peace” in many languages. This window reflects the deep desire for the promotion of Peace Dr. Ellis propounds.
The window was presented as a gift to Fairview as part of the 100th anniversary in 2005.
Walter came been back as a visiting preacher twice is the summer of 2006. He was a church historian and had written numerous articles on Canadian Church history
